American Flags | Nylon – Proudly Made in America. Our Endura-Nylon flags are crafted using aniline-dyed 100% heavyweight 200-denier nylon bunting by Eder flags in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Endura-Nylon material is fast drying, treated to resist fading and flies in the slightest breeze. Finished with white poly-cotton header.

EMBROIDERED STARS
12' x 18' and smaller flags come standard with embroidered white stars.
APPLIQUED STARS
15' x 25' and larger flags have opaque white nylon stars with zigzag stitching throughout.
Header Features
HEADERS
All headers are made with a heavy-duty, white cotton-polyester blend army duck cloth.
ROPE THIMBLE
8' x 12' and larger flags include plated steel rope thimbles. Thimbles are attached to white rope using a triple crimped rope sleeve. The length of the rope is sewn into the header to stabilize its position and prevent bunching.
GROMMETS
All grommets are solid brass. Grommets are spaced evenly throughout the length of the header. 12" x 18" flags have #1 grommets and 16" x 24" and larger flags have #2 grommets
GROMMET REINFORCEMENT
8' x 12' and larger flags include a heavy-duty plastic reinforcement sleeve at each grommet location.
CORNER PATCHES
10' x 15' and larger flags include a 2-ply corner patch sewn into each header corner.
